Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All security seals must be intact as this is a food product the integrity of the product should not be breached to be eligible for a return.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive your return and it has been approved we will automatically issues a refund to the original payment method which can take 5-7 working days.

Sometimes, our shipping costs may not cover the cost of sending a package internationally. It this happens we will contact you with the option of paying the additional charge or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Our shipping charges do not include customs charges in the destination country. We do not accept responsibility for paying such charges.
